Hi Friends, I have overall Work experience of 7 plus years,out of which 4.5 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Shared services domain. I am an MBA graduate and Completed EPHRM course from IIM Calcutta.
But now I am done with the Monotonous work of Cut ,Copy and Paste. There is practically not much learning opportunities.
I want to move on. Instead of Client facing environment, I want to work for real people, Learn and use my skills to best of my knowledge.
Need your valuable guidance, advises and Suggestions on how can I move ahead in my Career Switch from HR Shared Services to Core HR Job.
Suggestions in this regard are highly appreciable.
