The Importance of Effective Communication

Communication is a vast topic. While conducting training in organizations, I felt that a brief guide on how we can make our communication effective by following the simple yet important 7 Cs will help us become good communicators. These principles can be applied to verbal as well as written communication. I have simplified the concepts with examples for easy understanding.

The Impact of Poor Communication

It is said that 70% of mistakes in organizations happen due to a lack of communication or poor communication. In such cases, simply follow the 7 Cs of communication formula and notice the change.
