Are Casual and Sick Leaves Applicable in Uttar Pradesh? Seeking Proof and Legal Basis

Can anyone tell me with proof whether CL and SL are applicable in Uttar Pradesh? If "Yes," then according to which act? What is the accumulation of that leave?

Dear Abhi,

For factories, applicable CL, SL, and EL are applied as per the "Factories Act"; however, the "Shop & Establishment Act" is referred to for other establishments, including shops.
