Dear All, I am working in HR deptt. As per our company policy 3 grace period of 15 minute allowed for late coming in morning, after that salary will deduct. can any body help me to provide me the formula in excel so that we can deduct salary as per company policy. Any body provide me the excel formula. in that formula grace period of 3 times for 15 minute late comers no salary deduction. After 3 times salary will be deduct.
