Holiday List for a startup firm with few employees - absolutely mandatory ones

Hi, I am working in a start-up firm with 14 employees. I need to know the holiday list a Company is entitled in a start-up firm with so less employee.
I need to know which are the holidays which a company is bound to give to employees and Management can agree.

National holidays are mandatory to provide and holidays like holi, diwali , eid should be paid one. Some organisation also approve regional holidays as well.
