This ECR is containing PMRPY benefit and you are making payment after 15th. Please cancel this ECR and re-upload it again.

Dear All,
We have uploaded ECR with PMRPY Benefit in the first week of March 2019 but due fund issue payment could not be remmitted at that time, and as of now while making payment we are getting this message "This ECR is containing PMRPY benefit and you are making payment after 15th. Please cancel this ECR and re-upload it again." and upon uploading fresh ECR is does not account PMRPY Benefit.
Please suggest.

PMRPY is just compliance incentive,
if payment is made after due date, the incentive is not available
