EPF withdrawal process of exempted establishment (EPF Trust)

I have a question on EPF withdrawal process .Please refer below Case is as follows;
• Person was associated with Company A
• This company was exempted and had EPF Trust
• Person was resigned in 2015 and joined in Company B
• This company is unexampled
• Meanwhile his previous company A was merged with company X, this company is also unexampled.
• In 2019 he tried to apply for EPF withdrawal of company “A” through online portal, info displayed on portal as Trust Information is not available.
• Person contacted to new merged company “X” upon query while withdrawing EPF
And got update new company “X” was dissolve EPF trust of previous company “A” and submitted all relevant details to EPF office.
Please help on above situation what is a process to withdraw or transfer EPF?

As per given information now the trust of the company has been dissolved and your money is with concerned EPFO office. In this situation, you have two options:- 1. Transfer of fund amount with new Employer OR 2. withdrawal.
Pl complete document and Company X will certify your period of employment for company A.
Withdrawal Process--- 1. Fill the form 19. and 10C 2. Get it verified company X for the employment period of company A 3. Deposit to concerned EPFO office with all required documents.
