How many leaves an employee is allowed to avail in a month?

actually all leave divided by per year. suppose 10 cl than 365/10=36.5=1 cl.
if any employee have been not taken any leave in last 4 months than you can give 4 cl in any month.
in my factory cl-10,sl-8 & El-16/18.
this is my factory rules.

Dear Friend,
As per law ( Shops & est act , Factories act) for every 20 days of working one Earned leave has to allow,remaining leaves you may allow as per your company policy.

The general principle is that the employee can avail of leave, that is credited to his account, as per his requirement and as per the exigencies of the employer; there is no monthly or weekly or periodical quota. Of course, the management can regulate but cannot dictate how and when the employee can avail of the leave in his credit.

Our company provides 14 PL and 7 AL, but the main problem is that we have to apply before 15 days for taking PL, and the attitude leave is encashed, many employees facing problem regarding leaves. Any suggestions?

you can allow employee to take 12 sick leave, 22 annual leave and 2 restricted holiday in a calendar year as per shops and establishment act.

Generally leaves rules are regulated as per the concerned State's Shops and Establishment Act or Factories Act in case it is a Factory and Company Policy. Please check your respective S&E Act or the Factories Act.

As per factories act an is eligible for avail 1 casual and 1 sick leave every month
