Struggling with PF Advance Claim Rejection Due to Wrong DOJ? Need Help!

I am trying to claim my PF advance online, and my UAN is active. All the KYC is updated, and all the basic information is correct. When I process the claim, information like DOB, name, DOJ, and other details show correctly. However, once the Aadhaar verification is done, the claim form generates with the DOJ showing my previous employer's joining date. Due to this issue, my claim is being rejected. During claim processing, the DOJ displays the present employer's details, but after the claim process is completed, it shows the DOJ of the previous employer. I have tried contacting customer care and visited the PF office, but none of them are willing to assist.

I have attached the necessary documents. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Dear Mr. Charansagar,

First, you have to apply for the transfer of EPF & EPS accumulations to your present PF account. Once the transfer process is completed, you are eligible for an advance subject to completing 5 years of membership.
