Wow! Mind-blowing concept, but how about adding some techniques to reduce the high burnout levels one experiences when they calculate their stress levels?

Hi Mona,

It was a very good one, but I somehow feel there is a substantial component of personal life that comes into the picture when answering the questionnaire. For example, an employee who answers the question will attribute and relate more to his personal life than his work life. However, it's just my hunch. :)

Hi Mona,

This is really very nice, however, how does one calculate the burnout level? I mean, once one gets the total of the 21 items, what does one do to arrive at the numbers between 1-7? Please clarify.

Have a nice day! I mean a stress-free day... Ha..ha!

Yeah, I suddenly realized we have Teachers' Day, Labor Day, Children's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. Why not a Stress-Free day? Why not for friends? Think and let's select a day to celebrate. Some of us have mastered the art of living joyfully with stress. I feel if awareness spreads, more and more will start living joyfully... Tada!

Hi Mona,

Really a nice sheet. Nowadays, people are not even thinking about their stress levels. I hope this is very useful for everyone to determine how much stress they are feeling and take necessary corrective actions.

Thank you very much.

Great contribution, the stress meter/calculator is a good tool to check not only stress but a lot more. I did take the test personally; my score was 2, which makes me happy. I also experimented with my wife by answering questions as a "Couple" to understand whether the routine stress is taking a toll on our married life and affecting our lives in general. Our score was 3 (Jointly). I also experimented with my boss and peers just to understand the health of our camaraderie. Our score was 3.5. So, all's well that ends well. Warm regards... Deepak.
