Kerala Gov Employee - Whether I should get 75% of my salary as Subsistence Allowance after 90 days of suspension?

I am a Kerala State Govt. Employee working in Cooperative Department. Now under suspension from 01-12-2019. Charge memo received after 90 days and reply submitted. Now getting 50% of Salary as Subsistence Allowance. Whether I should get 75% of my salary as Subsistence Allowance after 90 days of suspension. Whether any applicable court orders exists?
