Do PF and ESI Returns have to be filed if a company shuts down operations for 4 months and no wages are paid during this period ? Also, can a Water park be termed as a seasonal industry ?
The Water Park is being shut down during the Monsoons for a period of 4 months. Only Maintanence will be carried out. All Employees are Daily rated and employed only for the remaining 8 months.
