To move from Recruitment to other HR functions.

Hi,
I have more than 3 years of experience in IT recruitment but I want to move into different roles. Since I have experience only in recruitment no company is giving opportunity to work in different HR areas. Advice please.

or else do a certification course on HR Generalist, Payroll related....

If possible you can ask for a role reversal in the same company you are working now.
