10c application has been rejected due to associate provided joint bank account

Note : I've got msg to my mobile " YOUR 10C APPLICATION HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO ASSOCIATE PROVIDED JOINT BANK ACCOUNT; HENCE PLEASE ARRANGE DULY FILLED AND SIGNED FRESH APPLICATION ALONG WITH CANCELLED CHEQUE/PASSBOOK COPY HAVING ONLY ASSOCIATE'S NAME "

As per the provision any settlement should be settled only in the name of applicant ( PF member) only and joint bank account will not be accepted. Hence, open a bank account in your name and send cancelled cheque and copy of bank pass book for further process from the pf office

Actually I've submitted my personal bank details and cancelled cheque with my named, Still i got this msg.
i didn't provided any joint account details

Once again you have to submit 10c along with relevant documents as required by pf office
