New HR in Logistics: Seeking Help with Templates and Policies for MNC's India Office

manisha321
Greetings to all! I am starting as an HR professional in an MNC company that is now looking to set up its corporate office in India. The company operates in the logistics industry, and I will be responsible for managing all HR aspects. My previous experience mainly involves the IT sector and predominantly with small-scale organizations. I have already established the baseline but aim to enhance the quality of letters and agreements. Therefore, I am seeking assistance in obtaining letter templates, Excel files, or codes of conduct and policies specific to the logistics industry. If anyone can help me with this task, I would greatly appreciate it.

Corporate setup in logistics

Corporate setup means and includes day-to-day interaction with the organization heads/HODs for all non-tech (other than logistics operations) involving and concerning workforce. Workforce competence is crucial for logistics organizations where high-level coordination and collaboration are key concerns, almost fluid. You yourself need competence in the entire domain/spectrum of HRD functions. Trial and error spoils the "sport" situation. Persuade your top management to engage experts who deliver results (base structures, policies, procedures, processes, SOPs, HR guidebook - codified rules of the company, etc.). When operations are starting, errors may be unmanageable. A stitch in time saves nine.
