Struggling with NRS Form: How Many Years of Service Records Are Really Needed?

When we fill out Form 10 C for an employee who has left after 30 years of service, we also have to complete a statement of non-reckonable service (NRS). Could you please clarify up to what period this NRS form should be filled? The EPFO authorities are requesting the form to be filled for all thirty years of service; however, we do not possess records dating back that far as we are a very small unit. Our records currently span approximately the last 15 years.

NRS Form Submission Requirements

The NRS form needs to be filled out for at least the last 12 months before the date of exit. In the case of death in service, it is necessary to fill out the EDLI form.
