Pan updation error - (Name against UAN does not match with the Name in Income Tax Department)

Hi, I am Subi Joseph, working as an HR Executive in a hospital. When I updating Pan details in KYC it shows error as, PAN verification failed (Name against UAN does not match with the Name in Income Tax Department). Can anyone tell me the reason why it showing this and please suggest me the solution.
