Are employees are eligible for reliving or experience letter if they are terminated in their notice period because of behaviour?

If the company has followed the termination procedure, completely, it is mandatory to issue on or before last working day.
If there is no penal action initiated, outside, based on humanitarian consideration, some companies may issue experience letter also if there is a request.

Employees are eligible for relieving order and experience certificate. The reasons for termination of service could be indicated.
