Understanding FORM 11: Can It Exempt PF Contributions for Salaries Over Rs. 15,000?

Hi all,

Is there any circular or judgment stating the use of FORM 11 for exemption of PF contribution for those whose basic + special allowance is more than Rs. 15,000?

Dear Friend,

The EPFO has introduced a revised/new Declaration Form 11 under PF to replace the existing Form No. 11, effective from 23rd September 2016.
