Hi All, is there any circular or judgement stating the use of FORM 11 for exemption of PF Contribution whose basic + special allowance is more than Rs. 15000/-

Dear Friend,
The EPFO has introduced revised/ new Declaration Form 11 under PF to replace existing Form No. 11, w.e.f. 23 Sept. 2016.
