Struggling with Pension Delays After Ranbaxy's Acquisition by Sun Pharma – How Can I Help My Dad?

DSinghV
Hello Seniors, my father worked at Ranbaxy Pvt. Ltd. for 40 years and retired 3 years ago in 2016. Ranbaxy was acquired by Sun Pharma, but his pension documents have not been processed.

I live in a different city and would like to assist my father, but I am unsure where to begin. Ranbaxy Pvt. Ltd.'s registered office was initially in Delhi and later moved to Gurgaon, Haryana. Sun Pharma's registered office is located in Baroda, Gujarat.

My father visited the pension office in Dwarka, Delhi, where he was informed that the records show discrepancies with other employees' details. Despite continuous communication with Sun Pharma's HR department in Baroda, who claim to have sent corrections to the Dwarka office thrice in the past 6 months, the pension office still shows no updates and claims they have not received any notifications from Sun Pharma.

Being in a different city, I am finding it challenging to determine whom to contact or if any online procedures can be followed.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or information on how to proceed in this matter. Please let me know if further details are required.

Thank you.

Get a copy of the communication from Sun Pharma and submit the same to Dwarka. It may be in miscellaneous receipts and not filed appropriately.

Thanks a lot Sharma ji,

Do you think an email copy will suffice, which I can print out and take to the Dwarka office or tell my father to take it.

Best,
D
