Dear Sir, In the past 4 years, I have only received a 5% salary appraisal. When I recently inquired with my director, he mentioned that the company is not obligated to provide appraisals every year. He stated that since my salary is at par, I should not anticipate any further salary appraisals.

2. If my salary is at par, should management not formally notify me that my salary has reached the maximum limit allowed? Should it now be my decision whether to continue with the same salary or to resign from the organization by providing a 30-day written notice?
