It seems that there is no Judiciary stay for the notification of Government of Tamil Nadu Notification of Feb 2018 revising the basic wages of employees working in Hospitals and Nursing Homes. But, it is understood that IMA-TN, Chennai has taken the issue to Labour Ministry for a relook of notification issued in February 2018 by the T.N. Government.
