Payment of compensation to employee handicapped at work

I have a doubt regarding how much compensation is to be paid to workmen.
We are providing a Security Guard (SG) to a Manufacturing company in Tamil Nadu. Our SG met with an accident in a Forklift and lost his leg as well as three fingers.
I want to know the percentage to be paid towards compensation.
Whether it comes as Permanent Disablement or Partial Disablement.
