Compliance - just started a construction company (constructor of the metro) as an HR executive

Hi sir, I have just started a construction company as an HR executive which is going to be a constructor of the metro.
The project is started 6 months ago. They told me that we need some compliance details while we will submit the bills.
I would like to know, what kind of documents I required there. Like labor license, pf, labor wages, etc.
Please give me the complete details.

CLRA act records and registers have to be maintained, and the abstracts would be asked at periodic interval
