After new Pay fixation - The Employee got promotion and moved to another grade

An employee as on January 2019 working under scale PB4 (15600-42000/-) GP 5400/- and his Basic Pay Rs.24930/- GP 5400/- .
His Basic Pay on February 2016 was 22340/- and Grade Pay 5400/- That Employee got promotion and moved to PB-4 (15600-42000/-) GP 6600 w e f 25th February'2016. He is also claimed MCAS on that date i.e 25th February 2016.
After new fixation
As on 25th February 2016 B Pay Rs.
As on July 2016 B Pay Rs.
July 2017 B Pay Rs.
July 2018 B Pay Rs.
Plz guide for fixation.....

You have to indicate both the scales of pay in full.
Is your organisation a govt. or quasi govt./PSU.
What set of DA/FDA/VDA you are following?
When (the date of effect) was the normal increment given in the just prior to the promotion(scale). Whether the due date for another increment in the new scale re-scheduled or retained at old date post promotion scales.
Also you have to take note of scales of his seniors in the very same scale of pay and their present Basic. Sometimes it may result in his senior might draw BP less than his. And should tackle this issue while fixation.
Any merger of DA with basic was involved in fixation?
