Dear All, I have some issues regarding my previous employment. I have served a 1-month notice period as per company policy and even trained my replacement. I have details signed by my replacement regarding my handover, and she is satisfied with it. However, the boss is creating issues regarding the same. According to him, the pending work list has to be made and signed by me. But all the work is completed. Is it compulsory to prepare a pending work list while resigning even if my replacement, the one who is going to work further, has no issues? Kindly help me with suggestions on what needs to be done.
