I want to do a new registration of Factory License (West Bengal). The Department has told me the Factory Plan & Layout should be as per with Factories Act. Can anybody please provide me a sample format of Factory Plan as per Factories Act ? I also need the guidance about the basic parameter for Factory Plan & Layout.
