If a person is working as Manager or Deputy Manager then he will cover under labour Laws or is there any other Law for people working at Senior Role.

Labour laws/Acts & Rules are meant to be implemented in the establishments/co's/firms, shops etc as a whole whatever applicable to them depending on the status, employees strength, nature of operation etc. They are not designation centric. So far as the applicability of a particular act/law specifically defines so ie., like 'workmen' 'supervisory' 'managerial' etc only such provisions attributable to these designations would apply. And some sections are providing certain limitations on 'salary' drawn for the purposes of coverage like 'payment of wages' 'bonus' etc.

Dear Friend,
Managers and Deputy Managers fall under the category of Managerial Employees. There employment are governed by their work contract/ appointment letter. In case of any employment issue or any unpaid perks or salary or any other issues, they have to file a case before the Civil court have territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction over the matter. Hope this clarifies your doubts on the issue. Feel free to revert in case any more clarification is required.

Dear Friend,
First of all Labour laws were enacted to safe guard the interest of Labour category consequently Manager/DM/AM are not covered under the definition so they are not covered under the labour laws. they could be covered under employment and other related laws such as equal remuneration act, Bonus act etc.
I hope this will clear your query.
Regards
