Apprentice act implementation

Dear Seniors,
I work with an IT company. We received letter board of apprenticeship to implement apprentices act.
I have below queries on that, it will be really helpful if you will be able to guide me on those-
1. Our company strength is 200. Any time we have more than 10 employees working with us as Trainee in our various departments. These are B.Sc., BE, BCA candidates. Can it be consider as Apprentice
2. Our Trainees' salary is more than minimum prescribed (at least triple) will that be fine
3. Do we have to register our company on Apprenticeship Training Registration and than on
NCVT MIS
4. Do we need to upload their details on any portal
5. Can we claim for 50% of prescribed minimum stipend for them
