National Safety Day: How Can We Celebrate While Improving Work Practices?

Please suggest innovative ideas for celebrating NSD that can also be helpful in work practices.

For the 4th of March National Safety Day Observance, you may organize:

1. Safety Talk, Slogan, Song, Safety Kit, Safety Posters, Safety Drama, Safety Picture Free Hand Draw Competitions at the beginning of shifts which encourage mass participation.
2. Recognize publicly those persons who obey safety first, rules, SOPs, etc.
3. Persuade the senior management team to be and remain present and participate.
