How to calculate new ESIC as its changes from feb15 2019 1.75 to 1 & 4.75 to 4%

Dear Sir,
As ESIC, as changed its rate of contribution to 1.75% to 1 for Employee & for Employer 4.75%, to 4% how the calculation is going to be done in the month of Feb-2019.
As it will be calculated on the basis of
1 to 14 at 1.75% & 4.75%.
15 to 28 at1 % & 4%.
If there is any other amendment in ESIC in the rate contribution previously how that time they deal with it if there is any reference please do share with it. As I am attaching a jpeg of updation.

On 18th Feb when I submitted a supplementary chalan for Jan 19 it's calculated in new rate only. I'm also thinking and want to know from others how this months ESIC will be calculated.
