I want appointment letter for employees who are in percentage of thier sales in tele calling

Are they on permanent roll as employees or on contract, your's a BPO co? There is no fixed salary? It's not possible to engage "employees" without implementing minimum wages, either on time rate or piece rate. If they are only on sales commission you cannot call them as employees, may be consultant or advisers or agents.
