hi, ours is a chain of pharma stores. We have emplyees in different category like pharmacist, sales associate, accounts, admin etc. I woiuld be happy if you could provide me an annual training scheldue format in differnt category like personality development,productivity,customer service etc plus subject wise topics(that we have).

You can develop your own format for preparation of Annual training schedule.
Just think about following requirements :
1) Prioritization of training topics
2) No. of employees identified (TNI) for each training topic
3) Think about how many trainings should be arranged for each topic within a year
4) Decide frequency of participants for each training (Max. 25)
4) Decide training hours as per need
5) Faculty availability
