ESIC benefits on death - covered under ESIC for about 1 year - What benefits can he expect and what is the responsibility of the immediate employer?

I have a security agency. One of the employees passed away while he was in his house. 45 yrs old, covered under ESIC for about 1 year now.
What benefits can he expect and what is the responsibility of the immediate employer like me to get him those benefits.
