I work in a Pvt Ltd company, and I am the only person in HR. We have been providing PF since 2007 and ESIC since 2017 because our company was not covered by ESIC until 2017. In 2017, our company area came under ESIC coverage.
In PF and ESIC, the Date of Joining (DOJ) varies for employees. Are there any issues with having different DOJ for ESIC and PF?
