How many paid leaves are entitled to an employee working as an Engineer ?

Hello,
I am working as Electronics Engineer in GIDC area. How many leaves (including CL, PL, Medical, etc.) are entitled to us ? In case of medical case, how many days are entitled as "Medical Leave" ?
The company is into Electronics Manufacturing.

Your entitlement to leave is governed by the Shops & Commercial Establishments Act of the state in which your unit is situated. Therefore refer this act or indicate your state.
