Request assistance, We have recruited a candidate from XYZ Organization. In XYZ Organization candidate was covered under ESIC & availing the Medical Treatment facilities from ESIC.
When he Joined me, he didnt furnished the details of his OLD Organizations ESIC IP Details. Accordingly we generated new IP to him & contribution is going on in new IP.
But when candidate approached ESIC, ESIC asked him to make regularization of his OLD IP to get the treatment facilities. On his request we have changed the ESIC IP which was going on in his old organization. Now ESIC asking to transfer the Contributions made on our IP No to get merged with his Old Organization's IP & asking to make live/active his IP which was generated in our company.
Pls help in this regard so he can avail the benefit
