Employee employee working as a group d contract labour - gross salary is 10,500 - eligible for Bonus under payment of bonus act?

Will an employee working as a group d contract labour for department of survey settlement and land records which comes under Revenue department of Karnataka and whose gross salary is 10,500 be eligible for Bonus under payment of bonus act?

But sir the employee is working as a contract employee under government establishment.

Since he is working as a contract labour thru contractor, eligible for bonus under the payment of Bonus Act. However, his eligibility for bonus will be Rs.7,000/- for whole year or as per the Minimum wages, whichever is higher.
i.e. if his minimum wages is Rs.8,500/- per month and worked for whole financial year (April to March) without any salary deduction, he would get Rs.8,500/-
