Attendance - employees who work from home or somewhere else and can not mark bio-metric - How do i track their attendance?

Dear All, I am in a dilemma, i am working with a company with 10 employee and out of 10 7 comes to office and others work from home or somewhere else and can not mark bio-metric for them to ensure attendance. How do i track their attendance. its a small setup and there was nothing planned before now i am trying to structure it.

There are mob.apps. available which can track persons possessing mobs loaded with this apps thru' GPS.
Reg.attendance marking for people working from home, the email login in a .com or .in etc. domain would help in this respect.
