Stuck on KYC Approval for PF Portal? Need Help with DSC Token or E-sign Process

Hello all,

I need to approve KYC uploaded by employees at the PF portal. Whenever I am trying to approve, it is asking for DS or e-sign. Please help me out with the required process.

Dear Ankita,

You need to first register the company director's Digital Signatures on the unified portal to use them to approve KYC, etc.
