Can Our 14-Person Startup Register for EPF? Seeking Guidance on Rules and Process

Our company is a start-up concern, and we are 14 in number. We want to enroll in EPF. Could you please suggest whether it is possible to register for PF with this number? If so, I would like to know the procedure and rules.

EPF enrollment is compulsory only for 20 employees or above. However, you can opt for voluntary coverage.
