Correction in EPF KYC - office is not accepting any documents and online it is not changing

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am working as HR Manager in a private manufacturing unit. My entire workforce has wrong Aadhar number (and other details as well) mentioned in their EPF accounts. When tried to change it online through EPFO member portal from their log ins, the column of Aadhar seems to be freezed and cannot be changed. Now the whole EPF process has gone online and the office is not accepting any documents and online it is not changing. Please guide what should be done in such case.

noted, we can change their details in modify the basic details. you can modify the name as per Aadhar number, DOB, Gender also.
if you have user name and password for the employee's,You can do it in member portal madam.

modify basic details is working well , subject to DSC verification by the employer
