Forms to be submitted during the closure of factory in Tamil Nadu

Hello everyone,
I would like to know the procedure for the closure of factory (will it come under TN factories rules, 1950 or it will come under ID act, 1947)
Please let me know whether we have submit any form, if it is so please provide me the same
