I was on leave for 5 days from Monday to Friday that is January 14 till January 18 and resumed office on Monday 21st January. Our organization has fixed Saturday and Sunday off. My HR says number of days counted as leaves will be 7. Can anyone please help me understand what kind of leave policy is this. I have 15 years of work experience and never an HR has told me such thing about leave. I just want to understand if there anything new which i am not aware.
