Error in online reflection of settlement of EPFO claim

Sandeep110096
I sent the PF claim to the PF office online, non-Aadhaar based. After receiving the PF form, it shows "Your PF is under process." The next day, the EPFO claim status reflects "Your claim is settled," without showing dispatch/NEFT date. Two days later, the status changes to "PF settled" without providing any information. However, in my ePassbook, it shows a claim against Para 69(IS) with an amount of zero available in my PF account. What can I do?
