Wage Payment : Bharat Bandh called by Trade Unions on 08.01.2019 & 09.01.2019

Please suggest that wages should be paid to workmen or not for 08.01.2019 & 09.01.2019 (Bharat Bandh called by Trade Unions).
Our Company was not given any letter to customer that our establishment would be closed on above said date.
Our establishment was open but Labour Union did not allow Workers & Staffs to enter the inside plant.
So my opinion is "No Work" - "No Pay"

Establishment never support any strike or bandh, so either no pay or it would get adjusted from any leave
alternate way the management can offer to work on any off day to fill the gap
