My wife's employer is forcing her to resign or else they will fire her. Her employer thinks that she may relocate to my town in near future which is in different city. What should we do?
She works for a reputed IT company based out of Maharashtra, India since more than 2 years and 6 months as a permanent employee. Also she received her last performance couple of months back which states she has performed well last year.
