I have recently joined a startup company, and I am taking care of Employee Engagement Activities. I recently conducted an activity including a quiz, slogan writing competition, and ethnic wear contest. Awards were distributed to the winners. Now, management has asked me to gather feedback for the activity. Kindly send me suggestions/inputs to design a questionnaire for my organization. It would be a great help for me.
