Dear Team, Requested you to please guide me in the way of tally with man-hours to training planned hours. We have 1000 employees and we planned 50 trainings for them for the year of 2019. The overall training hours 200. Per employee training man-hours comes around 30 hour/year. Then now how do we cover all the employees to achieve their 30 hours training in this year?
