Working Hours in Delhi: Can We Include 9-Hour, 6-Day Schedule in Appointment Letters?

Please advise for Delhi, can we mention the working hours in the appointment letter if it is 9 hours for 6 days working hour per week?

Hi Nira,

You can mention 09 hours of working hours, but you have to include (including 01-hour lunch break or so), so that the net working hours should be limited to 08 hours only. Seniors can suggest more views.
