Office Hours in Delhi for Private Organization - can we mention the working hours in the appointment letter?

Dear All, Please advice for Delhi , can we mention the working hours in the appointment letter if it is 9 hours for 6 days working hour per week?

Hi Nira,
You can mention 09 Hrs working hours, but you have to mention (including 01 Hour Lunch Break or so), so that net working hours should be limited to 08 hours only.
